Because we hold permission and consent with highest regard, we only work with people who want to work with us and schedule their own appointments. This means we will not accept an appointment scheduled by anyone other than the intended client. Children:

Children are welcomed to work with us only with their consent and the consent of their parent or legal guardian. It is required for the consenting adult to read, understand, and agree to the terms of service listed in the consent of client and party responsible for payment form.
